A Winter Wonderland
PACE Marketing had a clear vision for her company’s first venue-hosted Christmas party: a Winter Wonderland that would leave her colleagues enchanted and stress-free. Drawing inspiration from a past event she’d attended, she entrusted us to bring her dream to life while respecting the budget. After assessing the venue, we crafted a design plan that seamlessly combined festive magic with understated elegance.
The centerpiece of the concept featured two custom photo backdrops—one with Santa’s chair surrounded by snowy trees and gift-wrapped boxes, and another with hanging presents perfect for family portraits. For the tables, we designed garlands accented with delicate snowflakes, shimmering ornaments, and soft fairy lights, complemented by clusters of Christmas trees to enhance the wintry theme. Every detail was planned to ensure the space felt both inviting and dazzling.

The big day arrived, and our team worked diligently to transform the venue into a sparkling winter escape. Every detail, from the garlands’ delicate snowflakes to the glowing fairy lights, was carefully arranged to ensure the ambiance felt both festive and inviting. The custom photo backdrops quickly became the stars of the show, drawing guests in for countless snapshots with Santa and their families. The combination of thoughtful décor and practical touches ensured the space felt cohesive and enchanting without being overwhelming.
